I purchased my first multifamily rental property in Hawthorne in 1985, and am committed to expanding and maintaining my own properties. Below you will find links to help you estimate your rent, links to forms for everything from rental applications to smoking policies, and web sites you can use to identify attracitve tenant neighborhood features to use in your advertising.  There is a section of general information that will link you to the Oregon Landlord Tenant Law and the carbon monoxide requirements for owners.  And I have included a V-Flyer link so you will be able to create a flyer template showing pictures and features.  You can quickly upload  it to Craig's list every time that unit is vacant.
